If you don't mind waiting 20 minutes, then told to ring O2 customer service who advised you to seek advice at a O2 shop, then this is the shop for you! Bluntly rude and "politely" condescending staff are happy to tell you that they cannot help you. Hopefully it'll improve after iPhone5 madness.
