I have been using this florist for quiet some time now. And I must say the quality of these flowers are very low. For valentines and Mother's Day I have used suluvans and each time they have died within days. These flowers are not cheap at £40+! Better off going to moon pig where I paid 20£ for roses which lasted 3 weeks

I have read your review and cant understand why if you wasnt happy with your purchase you didnt return them to us ? We do flowers for all budgets and run a very strict stock control to ensure the freshness of flowers recieved. We have a very good reputation of selling good quality flowers

Having spent literally £100's with this florists over the years I cannot begin to describe my disappointment at the appalling attitude I just received on the one occasion I have had cause for complaint...

On reading your review we have endeavoured to try and trace you as a continued customer who claims to have spent several hundreds of pounds throughout the years and unfortunately we cant find you . Sullivan's arranged some flowers for a funeral we attended. They were absolutely stunning. I am not sure given the other review how you can go from 1 to 10 but in our case, it was 10.

The customer service from this florist is disgraceful and appalling. The daughter of the owner shouted at my husband, hung up in him and was rude to me upon delivery, delivered to the WRONG road and failed to apologise! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They clearly cannot read addresses, nor run an efficient business.

We recall we had been given the wrong address. As for the rudeness of my daughter she was extremely upset of the way that you was rude to her when all she did was tried her hardest to rectify the problem.
