Very poor service and incredibly rude attitude by the owner. Pity because shop sells nice items and the sales assistant was very friendly even if she misinformed me. A Back in June 09 I purchased a plant pot I explained to the sales assistant that I intended to put a flower pot inside and clearly asked whether the pot that I was about to purchase was waterproof upon her confirmation that indeed it was, I proceeded to the purchase. However to my great dismay dismay I later noticed that this was not the case as the water seeped through the flowerpot damaging my marble table. Being very busy, I only dealt with the matter today (29 Sept) returning the pot and asking for a refund after having explained the reason for my request. The owner refused point blank to give me a refund, as it is not their policy which I would accept it, had I changed my mind about the purchase. The point was that I was misinformed about the usage of the pot, had it not been waterproof, I would not have bought it! I did draw attention to the fact that sales assistants should be given some guidelines as to the products they sell and received a very condescending reply. Vania
