Flower Station

A quite busy and buzzing flower shop near Baker Street. I chose to visit Flower Station rather than use their online service and pick my own flowers. Florists were knowledgeable and friendly. Worth a visit.

A Perfect shop....could do with a little rennovation but amazing flowers, great customer service and fast delivery service.

I used to be a regular customer in their Islington branch but now I live closer to Park Road and I have to say, its even better.

I recently bought an ordchid plant from their shop and few weeks later it is still going strong. Lovely shop, and lots of flowers. Thank you.

I received a follow up email to leave a review and since it was a great experience, I thought why not! Placed an order in the early hours of the morning for same day delivery. Flowers arrived just before 2 PM and were beautifully presented. Overall just as one would expect.

Love the shop....needs a bit of a re-touch on the outside, but I can't fault their customer service and an amazing collection of fresh flowers. Keep it up!

A great shop to visit if you want to see lots and lots of fresh flowers. I have not seen another flower shop that has so many flowers. They are also open 24 hours a day, not bad.

Great flower shop and an amazing flower delivery service. I think most people are not aware that you can visit this shop 24 hours a day and have a freshly made bouquet prepared by friendly florists. I have personally enjoyed m experience at the shop. Thank you.

10 out of 10 for Flower Station on this occasion. I drove past their lovely shop and was going to a family dinner. I stopped by to grab a bouquet of flowers for the occasion. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Flowers were fresh and the arrangement was great. Thank you.

Awful service.

Paid £30 for a 3 hour delivery service but they delivered the NEXT DAY!!!

I spoke to customer service before placing the order and paying for the special courier as it was Valentines Day.

They were happy to make promises and take the money.

Will never use again. Ruined V.Day!

Ordered flowers on my wedding anniversary to give a surprise to my wife. Must say she was so amazed by the fresh flowers an all the credit goes to flower station. Really want to thank them for making my day even more special and joyful.

The flowers were delivered 2 days after the specified date cos of some delivery mix-up. The bouquet which eventually arrived looked NOWHERE like the picture online. My fiance had also ordered a box of chocolates that was supposed to come with the flowers but no chocolates were nowhere in sight. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and quality of the flowers. I mean, if you have messed up the order by not delivering on the specified date, please at least make sure that the order is complete and correct. Giving even 1 star is overrating this co.

I ordered flowers at 9am for early morning delivery in London and Flower Station team did not disappoint me. The bouquet was stunning, considering the amount spent and free delivery did the rest. Will use again

I had a voucher that entitled me to 12 long stem roses from this company. I called them and ordered same day delievery. They never showed up!
I contacted them again and was told by email that the driver had delievered them. He said he saw a man going through my gate and gave them to him and he signed it.
I do not have a gate and no man lives at my address. They will not redeliver even though they went to the wrong address. They just gave them to some man on the street. I have spoken to them numerous times and now they ignore my emails. Do not use this florist!!! I am very upset at the whole process they ruined a surprise and will not take responsibility for delievering to the wrong address.

I ordered a 'Deluxe' White & Green bouquet to be delivered to my mother on Boxing Day. Strangely, the bouquet was delivered on Christmas Eve, although that wasn't too much of a problem. However, my sister sent across a photo of the bouquet that was delivered and I was horrified to see that it bore very little resemblance to the image and description on the Flower Station website! The description on their website says 'An elegant, fresh and clean hand-tied bouquet of flowers is created by ever fragrant freesias, white akito roses, white crane brassicas, snapdragons, as well as lush green foliages', and also 'Deluxe option usually includes up to 20% more flower products'. The bouquet delivered comprised mainly carnations and daisies and no roses whatsoever. It was very much inferior, badly put together and could in no way be described as 'deluxe'. It was very embarrassing for me as the bouquet was meant to be a Christmas gift for my mother, and the selection and arrangement of flowers was very poor and not at all what I believed I was paying for. I emailed a complaint to Flower Station on Christmas Day and still haven't received a response a week later. Needless to say, I will never again waste my time and money using Flower Station.

This London florist certainly packs a punch. I was in desperate need of some flowers and Flower Station offered me same day delivery and all the way east London. Amazing

Every saturday i'm down here for a car wash I can't resist the beautiful flowers layed out perfectly and the colors so blight , very friendly staff too . My favourite stop in London. Highly recommended.

buy bouquets once a week from this place, find it twice as cheap as former and well worth a 3 mile journey - quite arrogant though at times
