This shope has NO idea of customer care. My frend who is a vulnerable woman had her bag stolen for the second time in this dreadful shop. Instead of understanding her distress they argued with her and refused to ring the police .. I used to use this store but will now boycot it and I suggest other people think twice before they use it. she called me from the shop to speak to the manager on her behalf and instead of assisting her etc they refused to speak to me. they are truly dreadful and don't deserve our custom.

Absolutely awful, the manager is completely unprofessional. she isn't in most of the time and would accuse ,me of under working, which would be impossible since she never checks the surveillance and only takes feed back from other co workers who no clue of my job and responsibilities.
