I went to this shop to buy a lottery ticket. The shop keeper said I can't play for 4 weeks with 1 ticket. When I showed him where it says on the ticket that one ticket can be used to play for up to 4 weeks, he told me to be quiet and be a "good girl" while he was trying to read the ticket. When I asked him politely not to speak to me like that, he told me to shut up, threw the lottery ticket at me, started swearing at me and told me to get out of his shop. The man has serious psychological problems plus probably he doesn't read English, therefore has no idea what the tickets state. AVOID the shop by all means, I am a very polite person and hvae never been treated in such a terrible way anywhere else. Oh and by the way, he charges £1 extra if you pay for the lottery by card - but not for any other products.

Dreadful shop. Went in there to purchase gift wrap and shop assistant said it was £3. When I said that was far too expensive he then said price wad £2. I left. Then couple months later I went in to purchase health lotto ticket. I paid for tivket and noticed He gave me a euro millions ticket instead and when I told him that was not what I asked for he waved his hand and said loudly 'take it, take it, it's the same thing'
Do not shop here. Completely awful news agent. They rip you off.

In a convenient location but you can't spell convenient without con. I work nearby and have used this store several times for exactly the same products, yet each time I get charged something different. For the difference of ten or twenty pence I've not really been that bothered to make a fuss, I just thought it important to share that this shopkeeper will charge you for whatever he thinks he'll get away with.
