Asked to hire slush puppy machine 3 months ago. Regular customer in the shop. Kept checking all was ok with the hire still. Was told we needed to purchase syrup from them ( gave the money weeks ago ). Went to collect machine today. Told we need a van (hired a man with a van ). Bought cups and specific straws we were told we needed. Got to shop and told they couldn’t get syrup. Found we could order on Amazon but the said no. It needs ti be from their supplier 🤷🏻‍♀️ All in all it seems they decided they didn’t want to hire us the machine. Even though they had our phone number and we are in the shop 3 + times a week. Didn’t have the decency to let us know we could have it until now it’s too late to try and find an alternative for my daughters 21st birthday party which is tomorrow. Angry is an understatement as ti how I feel about this shop. I will never give them my custom again. If they changed their mind they should of had the decency to inform us. 4 days ago we checked and everything was still fine 🤬
