Extremely rude, no customer service skills. Told me to “get the f**k out of here” after querying the expired ice cream he had sold me (which, by the way, was charged at an extortionate £1.85). Refused to refund or exchange the offending item. Aggressive and stingy to the core. Avoid at all costs!

As others have said, rude, grumpy and condescending.
They are supposed to be a UPS access point however they now refuse to take any parcels after 9AM and complain every time they are given a parcel. If you don't want to collect parcels don't be an access point! It's that simple.

Agree with other comments; rude, grumpy staff with absolutely no customer skills. Seem to delight in trying to make your life a misery when you enter. Worth visiting just to see how rude they will be to you!!!

Appalling service. Owner(s) permanently grumpy, never smile, rude, curt and the least customer friendly shop in the area. Avoid at all costs!
