Absolutely incompetent. I went to pick up my parcel and they had ME check through everyone's parcels to find my own while the talked on the phone. I had my passport matching my name to the parcel and the barcode needed to collect it. They refused to give me the parcel because "the system was down." I now have to walk all the way there AGAIN. Despite me having all the credentials to show that parcel was mine. They spoke to me rudely and were completely unapologetic. Do not recommend.

Went to collect my FedEx parcel that had been delivered about an hour before. I showed the shop assistant the e-mail that my parcel had been delivered and showed my passport as ID. The man behind the counter showed me about 7 different parcels. Each time I explained my name is Emily; not Tom, Julie, Sam, Billy or whoever else's parcels he was trying to give me. He had my passport in his hand and I verbally reinforced "My name is Emily - you're looking for the one that says Emily", yet he continued to hold up random parcels asking me to check them. Finally, he held up my parcel. The barcode in the e-mail I got from FedEx was not scanning for him and he shouted he needed another barcode. I didn't have another barcode to give him, just the one in the e-mail showing the package was delivered plus my passport for ID which clearly shows the same name that's on the package. He threw my parcel behind the counter and told me to come back later and see his boss. At which point I explained I would not be coming back later and I would not be leaving without my parcel so please give it to me. The man refused. I told him if he didn’t give me my parcel then I would be coming around back to get it. He still didn’t give me my parcel, so I went around the back of the counter. I told him not to touch me while I go and get my parcel. He then backed off and said he'd give me my parcel if I go back. He said he’d call his boss and then slapped my parcel back on the counter, putting his boss on loud-speaker. I gave his boss a one-sentence run through and pulled my parcel off the counter, walking away with it. The shop keeper shouted after me "What are you crazy?" Nah mate, I'm just here to get my parcel. I've never met someone as INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE as this man. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I'm going to review the hell out of this place and send an e-mail to the council.

I went to collect my parcel from ASOS, from the begening I’ve only received bad behaivour to me, i have never see a person in any shop talk like this man. he definetly doesn’t know what’s the costumer service, doesn’t mean anything for him basically I been treated like a animal.
I can’t finde his store in google probably that’s the reason why people cannot complaint properly about the bad service.
