Do not use for collect+! Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time! Rude and uncompromisingly staff! Went to collect a parcel and their machine kept asking for a code which I gave but as it didn't give the the receipt they were used to they refused to had over my parcel even though I received an email saying that I had collected! I can't contact collect plus to sort it out as its a Sunday so will have to return tomorrow but there's no garantee my parcel will be there! Simply don't shop there! Plenty of over news agents on the same road in much better condition.
