I tried to drop off a Yodel parcel this evening. The response from the man in the store was shocking!
The member of staff described Yodel as 'bastards' and that taking parcels from them was 'like slavery'. He blamed his manager and told me that it was an old fashioned off-licence and parcels were only accepted between 10am and 3pm. Told me to complain to Yodel and 'tell all my friends'.
To say he was rude and unpleasant would be an understatement. Avoid, avoid and avoid. Not just for Yodel but for everything as this person is not someone anyone should have to deal with as a customer.
