I just went to return my Amazon package and the women in the shop was to busy talking on the phone and treated me like I was stupid. won’t be going there again

Staff are very rude. My cat recently died and they refused to give a refund for an unopened bag of cat litter despite me being a customer for over 20 years.I no longer shop there
