Owner is friendly and efficient Good service including deliveries

I've been in twice.
First time I was astonished at the rudeness of th owner. Second time was unbelievable. Never in my many years have I seen anything like it.
He cannot/will not speak and grunts, cannot be bothered to serve, cannot/will not give receipts.
There is something not right about this business and everything wrong about the owner who may be well advised to attend therapy for what is clearly a serious problem.
