Uniforms4Kids @ Lyons School Shop

Absolutely happy with shop assistants and the help I and my child got at the shop yesterday. Quick and easy communication via email prior to visit, and great assistance at the shop itself. Very pleased, very thankful and highly recommend this team. Thank you.

I have never been disrespected the way the store did to me today, I was with my child to purchase his uniform, since I am disabled and I suffer from standing for very long time, I showed my disability card to the security and he had no recollection of what it was, then he called the manager, and she also did not know what it was, then she told me to leave but in an aggressive tone

Terrible service, I am glad my child is leaving school soon because this is the only shop where we can get uniform for her, we have no choice at the moment but to use this store.
I have been in this store several time over the past few years to either buy uniform or replace uniform that my daughter has outgrown.
Each time I or my wife have received decent service from the shop assistants who seem to change on a weekly basis, never the same person twice but the management are awful.
Managers never seem bothered with customers, they let the assistants deal with everything including complaints from shoppers.
If you have a complaint the manager/s tend to take a hostile attitude and seem to want to argue with customers rather than resolve issues.
This shop is part of the Uniform4Kids company of Finchley Road which has poor reviews on All in London so no surprises there.
