I pop in tartan turtle fairly often for special items for my son an baby daughter. I love the shop it's full of beautiful little treasures. Paula, as someone mentioned in an earlier post, is superb. She always gives you her full attention and is so helpful. Partly why I prefer to shop there than in a shop such as selfridges is because it is always a personal friendly positive experience to shop there. No complaints whatsoever and will recommend and continue to shop there!

I have been a customer of the Tartan Turtle now for 12 years. The staff there are so friendly and attentive,I am not quite sure what these customers are going on about!I have spent thousands over the years(yes,I have it and like my kids to look the best)and only this shop will do for me!Paula is fabulous and phones me every time something comes in that she thinks I may like and treats me like royalty!Maybe these other customers are just plain rude to staff like so many people out there.Treat staff with respect and they will treat you with respect back!
As for the lady who says it is so expensive in there...try Wembley market love!!Think that is more up your street!!

Went in to buy my little girl a dress. The member of staff was most unhelpful and rude and when I asked about the returns policy (in case it did not fit) was extremely rude, telling me Your driving me mad and get out my shop!!?? Very expensive, poor service. I agree with the other person's comment. Save your money, and get a friendlier, better service elsewhere!

Went in to buy a present for a family member who has just a little one, WOW, how expensive is this shop, it'd be cheaper to get a cab into the city and shop at Sellfridges, avoid unless you have money to throw away, they were also more interested in talking to friends/regulars than serving me...
Have your say
