I echo the sentiments of the previous reviewer. Woman purporting to be the manager and owner, was extremely rude and demonstrated poor customer service. Refused refund as did not have plastic wrapping, although I purchased 2 further items in the store and suggested we use those wrappings. She then was going to refuse a refund of the items in correct packaging because I had no ID !! I have never experienced this before. Lady (term used loosely) clearly frustrated and bored with her existence and decides to inflict her misery onto others. This shop does not deserve your money, shop at school or online with another supplier. Been buying uniform there for past 4 years however they have now lost a good customer.

Had to exchange an item of clothing to Greenford Kevin’s. Price tag was attached but plastic covering and hanger was missing (which I’m sure they have loads of and can replace). The item had not been used yet because schools haven’t opened yet. Shop owner was so rude when dealing with the exchange. I won’t be shopping here again!
