Appaling service.... not entirely honest and always claim to be overwhelmed with customers and say they cannot cope. Impatient when it comes to sizing up children in the dressing areas and generally just poor service. If I had a choice I wouldn't buy a thing from here.

How about remembering that customers make their business pay? I have never had to deal with such incredibly rude and ill-mannered staff. Heaven help you if you have a problem - the problem is all yours and the manager/owner can't be bothered to help you. 0/10 for customer service.
