Avoid this place at all costs. I took a pair of shoes to have the heel repaired, and the person working there took it upon themselves to cut the high heels off both shoes. They are completely ruined. Who in their right mind would do such a thing to my favourite shoes?! I was speechless when I picked them up, and more shocked by the fact that the guy didn't think he'd done anything wrong, even denying what he had done at first! Needless to say I am extremely upset.I hope they will publish this review to warn others not to go here as you risk having your belongings trashed.
