Hafid is one of the kindest most professional independent cobblers I have had the pleasure to meet, always greeting me with a beaming smile, and I am thrilled that I stumbled across his beautifully presented shop. Hafid’s customer service and the quality of his craftmanship is first-class and he always gives sound advice and excellent value for money. I originally popped in to have my partners leather shoes resoled and as he did such an exceptional job, I entrusted Hafid with the repair of a much-loved leather vintage bag, as the strap had broken, and no other shoemaker would take on the project. Hafid did not disappoint, wove his magic, creating a customised miraculous repair. It is lovely to witness the passion Hafid dedicates to his craft, how he treats his customers, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Key snapped on first attempt to use it. Went back to get a replacement and was told they aren’t going to replace it because it was my fault it snapped. Then when I asked for the managers contact details, I was told to eff off and had 2 fingers put up at me.

I have used this business for years and have already had superb service. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and they will tackle the the difficult jobs that many shops refuse to try and do. They are friendly and always helpful - especially when you want a repair done quickly!

Do not use this company. They over charge for poor workmanship. There are plenty of other good cobblers nearby who charge less and provide a better service.

The owner Ali gives a warm welcome and the work I had done was to a very professional standard. I like to support local businesses and with shops like the Sheen Cobblers still around I am glad that I do.

I think this place has gone out of business, the phone line is disconnected and I have been there three times and its always shut
