Appalling service, bad attitude, and very expensive - total rip off. Will NEVER use again.

I always use timpson in ealing broadway center to repair my shoes,cut my keys and engrave all my friend gifts.staff there are very helpful and kind but lately i was very happy with the service provided to me by new manager there called Mohamed.He was very helpful and managed to repair my valuable watch that other jewellers had was unrepairable.
