Please avoid this concession. They destroyed a pair of designer boots beyond wear. They ripped off the buckles both boots during resoling and reheeling. After months of emails and wasting my time to bring the boots in they decided it is impossible to damage boots during major repairs, which is untrue and ridiculous. I left them undamaged. The Manager tried every trick in the book to avoid responsibility - it wasn't them, someone else did it - even though I had a name and timed receipt from their branch. A member of staff also swore at me when I brought them in saying "If we f**k them up we pay", which isn't even true. I have seen too late they have damaged other designer shoes so really do not use them. Selfridges were extremely unhelpful as well even though the concession is in their branch, which is very disappointing.
