Rosie at the London Copy Centre put through a walk in rush job for me this morning. Although she advise that she couldn't guarantee turnaround in the time frame I needed, she was calm and professional and pulled out all the stops to finish my job in double-quick time, with me hovering over her changing my requirements mid job and generally stressing out.
