Rude, arrogant, not helpful whatsoever. I was literally shocked by the way he spoke to me. Why are they till open? They’ve not changed for all this years (I used to go there 7-8 y ago and only decided to go there as my parcel was sent there by accident). So many post offices were closed down, why do they still have a licence if they treat customers in such way?

Rena describes exactly how it is in this dreadful post office. The lady is polite and efficient and nice. The men are rude, aggressive and deliberately unhelpful. Over the years, I have spent thousands of pounds here (I'm an ebayer) and they know that yet they are still unfailingly unpleasant even though the amount I've spent must have helped to keep it open and them employed. I've even complained to the Post Office who replied that they are "too busy to deal with complaints". So horrible that, even though it necessitates a bus journey to get to another place where you can post, I won't go in here any longer. Finally the shop part has a hygiene rating of 3. If it can't employ competent polite staff, the place should be closed down.

I have the unfortunate need to frequently visit this dreadful place, as I work nearby and require postal services for returning parcels from on line shopping or ebay. There are two people serving behind the counter, a sweet lady and a rather unpleasant gentleman, who is always extremely rude and clearly unhappy with his work, so he appears to be trying to constantly annoy his customers by creating problems for them, and basically refusing to serve them in any opportunity. I have witnessed him do it with other customers, but also experienced it myself. There is always a problem with the labels, he always seems awfully distrusting on people’s abilities to place their parcel in the correct zone, and continuously acts as if all the customers should by default know the process of how they would like the parcels scanned.
