Post Office Ltd

Despite long queues the staff prefer to chat amongst themselves instead if serving - today I experienced the worst customer service at any post office. My parcel was thrown in the bag as I asked if a declaration was needed - the response was yes! Shouldn't the staff have told me it needed a declaration? What would have happened yo my parcel? Finally, three staff and two checking passport docs with a long queue. Perhaps a dedicated queue off passport checks and/or offer the service at quieter times.
