Post Office

Under new management. They are helpful, quick and kind. The best post office I have ever used. Great service. Highly recommend.

New owners and staff. Very polite quick and helpful.

The service is incredibly slow. Only one operator and he is working at snail pace to serve a queue out the door. Terrible service.

I went into the post office today at 1.30pm to post an item.
The post office section was closed and someone else was already complaining about the service.The woman rudely told me it was closed not giving a reason, time or apologising.
After asking for this information very slowly as the woman had serious attitude problem.
She said return at 2.15, I returned at 2.30.Still closed.
At 2.40 the woman reappeared and finally opened the post office. I said I was very upset with this service. She proceeded to say "Darling have you ever worked before? Do you know how it works?" HOW RUDE. First of all I have worked in retail supporting my studies since I was 16 and would NEVER DREAM of speaking to a customer this way. (1) customer will not return (2) basic manners. She didnt apologise, was aggressive and said complain to her manager not her. This is very unprofessional- In Harrods we would apologise sincerely, not embarrass the company and give personal condescending ins
