Post Office

The worst post office. The women working there are rude and unhelpful!! I needed to send a parcel and I was directed to the self-service, the lady who was meant to help me was rude again she said she was not obligated to help and refused to help me when I had problems with the self service machine, was early in the morning the post office was empty and she didn't had anything to do but still so rude!!!!

The worst post office I've been to. The women working there are annoying, rude, unhelpful and slow. it's the same every time! Are they working there as punishment? There are lots of people who want to work .. Embarrassment!!!!!

I have been using this post office even before it moved here. They have all the same staff too. The queue is always so long as the staff are always so slow at their job, I have never received such a bad experience in a post office. The staff aren't very good at speaking English and so rude too. The woman that is usually on the self serve tries to make you pay more for postage than you need to and she is constantly breathing down your neck to the point I had to tell to move away from me.

Very bad experience. Not enough staff, I was told to use the machine even If I did not know how to use it and I explained that to the staff there and plus that i have the baby with me. There was a very big queue with so many people waiting.. The staff working there doesn't speak very good English...

I just dropped into the Post Office to send off my old passport for renewal. I was the only person in the queue. When I got to the desk the lady re-directed me to the postal machines when I requested to send my package via signed delivery. I said 'but there's no-one in the queue behind me, can you not do it here?'. She flat refused and made me wait for the machine. Eventually, after 5 minutes of waiting, with no-one in the queue at the desk I asked the man who was handling postal sacks why I needed to wait for a machine when the lady at the desk was sitting there doing nothing, with no queue? He directed me back to the desk! I saw the same lady who very reluctantly handled my package. I asked her why she wouldn't do this for me before and all she said was 'Post Office all change'... I paid for my postage said thanks and left. Possibly the WORST customer experience I have ever received. I'd give the rating a zero out of 10 if I could. Shocking.

I needed to send a parcel and was directed to the self-service. The lady who was meant to help was very rude to me when I didn't understand straight away what she meant. And then when I left she made a comment behind my back, in front of all the clients.
