I hate this service a bad treatment by the staff and sent a package to my country of origin and it would have to arrive in 5 working day and I have a month waiting for the package to arrive and a call does not arrive and they give a phone number that is not I run I have a horrible experience I do not recommend it at all
I have had terrible experiences with their services. The staff once threw a tantrum at me for picking up my parcel who got dropped off at the post office. When I asked for a reason why, they argued that we are not allowed to use their post office for Parcelforce's pickup location. This really confused me since drop-off/pickup is one of the provided service of local post office ? And their post office is listed in parcel force and other merchants' websites as a drop-off point.... I walked off with the thought that maybe they had a bad day.
But then there's one time my parcel got sent back to the sender because THEY REFUSED the parcel...... Can you imagine this? A drop-off point simply refused your parcel....
Also, the staffs' English proficiency is really horrendous....Bad attitude, hot-tempered... is there a place where we can reflect this issue or file a proper complaint?
The older woman at the counter who served me did not understand my simple request for stamps for postcards. She was unbelievably rude, loud and unpleasant. Please teach your staff some basic English and also some basic customer service.
Every time I visit this post office branch, which is unfortunately the nearest one to my house, I receive an abrupt and unpleasant service. I went there this morning to purchase a Postal Order. The Post office employee serving a customer next to me started screaming at the customer he was serving. I asked him to stop as I thought it was unacceptable behaviour. He continued screaming at me. I asked him for his name which he refused to give. I took a picture of him (attached). He met me at the front lobby and manhandling me trying to get hold of my mobile.
I vey much hope this Post Office employee will improve his behaviour and temper which will help him and his customers, so we can all have a nice day.
Service in this post office is absolutely deplorable! 2 cashiers on during lunch time and the queue is out the door. They do not care about customer service and spend the majority of time talking to each other. I’ve seen customers complain about the service but they don’t appear to take it on board.
Will never come back to this post office and I would advise others not to bother either!
I tried to give this PO a zero out of 10 rating but it’s not permissible hence 1/10!
The service is shocking. I don't understand how they are allowed to operate. They are miserable and SO SLOW. It's like they're doing you a massive favour serving you. Once one of the lady cashiers typed in the post code wrong for my package for the tracking and she said it didn't matter. I had to ask her several times to re enter the post code. I posted something 2nd class recorded on 4th June and it still says online that the post office still have it at Gloucester Road?! I'm dreading having to follow this up. They can never understand me either and I speak perfect English. It either needs closing down or someone needs a serious word with the staff because the service is HORRIFIC. I've started using the smaller one on Fulham Road and will continue to do so.
Very poor service, inefficient , dreadfully slow . Please hire younger and faster workers. This is Central London we deserve a fast and efficient postal service.

If one asks for second class, not only they will quote the price for the first class but will also insist on it or say that second class is not available (?!). If there is any management looking after this office, it could not care less about these customers' reviews.
Awful! Unprofessional staff with no manners whatsoever, they talk to you as if they are talking with no respect to a family member, in poor english as if they are doing you a favour & forgetting they are paid to be there to serve customers who are are not getting a free service. They also always try their best to overcharge you. You ask for second class, they quote you for first, you ask for signed for, they give you a price for special delivery next day 9 am! as if you had not asked for a specific service or they had not listened to you at all. And this is without fail each time.Awful
The only benefit that this post office has to offer is the late opening hours. The staff are incredibly rude and truculent to the core. If you want to be 'spoken at' as opposed to 'spoken to' then this is the post office for you!
You may also enjoy being overcharged as this post office capitalises on those that are not informed. My advice to everyone who needs to use this post office is to weigh and measure all your parcels and get the prices on Royal Mail's website before going. This Post Office Service is not recommended for those of a sensitive disposition.
I had a similar experience with a member of staff being very rude to me.
It might help if they all went on a customer service course.No one wants to be talked to like this.staff or customer.
