I have posted several packages from this post office and more than half of them have not arrived at their destination.
I have stopped using this post office.
Royal Mail should close it.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. The staff are rude. I once went to pick up a package and they couldn't find it even though I had confirmation that it delivered to them. I'm trying to avoid this one at all costs now.

Went to post a small parcel a week ago and asked for standard delivery. Just looked at my receipt and see that the guy still charged me for next day delivery. Why are these people not listening?

I can only recommend anyone to avoid this post office at all costs!

I've posted several packages from this post office (located in the back of a convenience store) and half of them have not arrived at their destination.

Staff are unhelpful and consistently try to charge more for postage.

If I owned Royal Mail, I'd shut down this Post Office as soon as possible!

I`m sorry but i had to write and inform people about the service i have received more than ones at this Post Office at Kings Cross.
Every time i go in, and ask for second Class signed service i get 1st class.I have been ignored as a customer completely. As i had this before, i keep repeating few times and after - still get it wrong.Absolutely upsetting service every time i go there, and unfortunately that is the only Post office closest to my office! Please avoid this place trust me.

I have never been incline to complain but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any kind customer service. The staff couldn't give clear information to me or any one else who was there,
I was definitely not the only customer having a bad experience with them. The staff were very rude and condescending seem to practically go out of their way to be insulting. They also over charged me as many others have reported. The facilities themselves are cramped, dirty, and disorganized. One could probably get by if what you ask of the staff is extremely simple and requires almost no interaction. But nonetheless unless there is a major change of staffing in the near future I would recommend avoiding this post office at all costs.

Stay away from this post office! Rude staff will always try to overcharge you. I asked for a small parcel to be sent second class (£2.80) and they wanted to charge me £3.70, which is the price for a First class signed for parcel! Another time I had a small parcel and they wanted to charge me the price of a large parcel. I went to another post office where they charged me the price of a small parcel. A couple of days ago I had a large letter and they wanted to charge the price of a small parcel. Very embarraing how many times I had to fight to get charged the proper price. Avoid like the plague

This Post Office is one of the worst I've been to. Rude staff, slow service and hotter than the sun. Avoid if at all possible.

As a customer, I would recommend that you don't take any notice of the opening times on their official web-site. They are inaccurate. The lady at the counter was very friendly however when they told me they wouldn't be open for half an hour past their advertised opening hours.
