I Use the post office most days and find the lady very helpful. The man on the shop counter can be rude or offish

Appalling customer service

I only go in here if I really have no other option. The staff are consistently rude, unhelpful and dismissive. They seem to be angry people in general and there's only one guy out of the 4 or 5 in here who actually treats you like a human being. The PO counter staff are sullen and rude, don't go in here with an already stamped up letter or parcel for posting; if you're not buying your stamps from here, you're treated with disgust. And don't get me started on the member of staff behind the shop counter, rudeness at its best.
