Somebody should shut the place down already, their customer service is absolutely rubbish, you have to queue to 40+ minutes each time just to be denied service, the manager is one arrogant lady who will throw you out of the shop for asking simple questions, and nobody cares about any of that for more than two years. I would fire each one of the lazy staff they have.

One of the worst post office I never seen before I cunt understand why there service is going down day by day where other post office doing same thing in a minute I am not been there once but so many times it’s happened I hope they doing there best in future

Only 2 people working at 2pm. This post office does not have sufficient members of staff to deal how busy it gets in Hounslow. None of the self service machines were working either. Forget coming here in your lunch break!

awful service, one window open at 0900 even though they were twenty people in the queue. i asked why only one open and the woman said there was a meeting!! I have quite simply never seen such a basic disregard for customer service.

I had a dissatisfactory counter experience on 9th Sept 2014. A fault meant that cheques could not be paid into Smile (internet Co-op). If such an issue arises again please can you 1) Put a sign up at the start of the queue that there is a fault with these transactions to save people queuing. 2) The Britannia in Hounslow is now Co-op (102 High Street) so people can be directed there. Positive alternatives for customers is much better than a robotic 'try later'. Thank you.
