I specifically went there on Friday 9/ 9/22 am as I needed to send a parcel urgently . I was told the could do this same day or next day . I was then sent an email confirming this and it transpires they sent it via Royal Mail - not even special delivery and charged me £15. Parcel is still not there today . What a con

Really disgusted by Mailbox Putney. Do not go there if you want to DHL something. They tried to charge me £72 to send something to Egypt. The guy said it depends on the shop. So true since Ryman on Putney high street gave me the same DHL service for 36.95. Mailbox Putney is an absolute con. Shame on you. The price has nothing to do with DHL. You plucked the price out of the sky. Wish I could get my £72 back.

First class service, competitive prices, with great attitudes and service from all the guys at Mailboxes in Putney. Nothing was too much trouble and it makes a huge difference to your day when you get this kind of service. They could teach some of the larger retailers how to give first class customer service!

I used to live in Notting Hill and used the local Mailbox in NH which was also excellent customer service.

Mailbox must be doing something right and it's great to be able to say this about 'smaller' businesses.
