Complete and utter Sh*te!
Not sure if a delivery office run by ants would be better.
This useless ring of spaghetti for brains employees didn't attempt to deliver my iPhone (sent by Apple), nor did they leave a card to advise. They instead lied about no access on the tracking info and proceeded to drop off to a nearby store instead. I found out through Apple 2 weeks later that my parcel labelled "Express Pax" with clear "URGENT" marked on the packaging was being held for a few more days.

The Kentish Town UPS Parcel Centre is an **utter** shambles who have no concern for their customers and are a disgrace to the industry. For THREE DAYS they had a parcel that their tracking said would be delivered (barely a mile from the centre) only for the delivery to be mysteriously cancelled each day with no warning only to display "delivery would be delayed for a day", On the third day (a Friday) I actually WENT to the centre to pick up the items only to be told that the items were inaccessible and they couldn't (wouldn't?) give them them to me and I would have to wait until the following Monday!!! I have advised the seller that uses them of the experience in the hope they will take their business elsewhere and no alienate customers by using a third rate carrier for their deliveries.

Quite literally the worst so-called delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to have to wait for a parcel for - it has been over a week now. Not only do they not deliver on the day they say they will deliver, the website and customer service call centre provide zero useful information on your parcel (other than "we have your parcel" or "it's out for delivery" or "we can't contact the driver"). Every other delivery service company that I've ever utilised before has up to date information on the current location of your parcel, where you are in the delivery queue, and an expected time of delivery. Shocking service with an IT system that is decades behind their competitors. If you want to receive or send parcels to your customers with even a modicum of reliability, I urge you to use any other delivery company: Parcel Force, FedEx, MyHermes, DPD, InPost, Collect+, DHL, TNT, etc.

There is always a problem with this branch. An item was supposed to be out for delivery as informed 8 April 2020 but it never arrived, despite staying in all day and evening. Their courier always appears to lose it or post it to another address. One time they said they had delivered and got a signature but they had not and the item arrived four days later after much inconvenience to the sender and us, they tried to blame us and that we had received the item. They have even claimed they delivered when we were in all day and did not leave a delivery note. They are a company that are not fit for purpose. We have two parcel still not delivered and I doubt that they will. We will end up requesting a refund from the sender and it will be ordered again but using a different courier! A tiresome company. NOT recommended!

Paid for Door to Door service to send a parcel to a housebound, disabled customer but UPS delivered to an Access Point without informing the customer. No delivery attempt was made, no card was left (seeing as the driver came nowhere near their address) and no email or text was sent. Would have been returned to sender if not chased up by customer. UPS refused to deliver to customer's address, despite said address being nearer to the depot than the Access Point. No compensation offered to cover the time and expense of the customer's carer having to travel to and from the Access Point (which wasn't the nearest one but seemingly where the driver dumps all the parcels as the small shop had dozens of them waiting to be collected) and no partial refund offered to cover the reduced service (i.e. Door to Access Point, rather than the Door to Door paid for). Would never use again and consider their actions to be a breach of contract as they didn't attempt to provide the service paid for

What a truly awful delivery service that makes no actual effort to deliver any packages. A parcel I ordered manage to get from Sweden to this depot within 1 day but has taken 7 days to be delivered and still hasn't arrived.

I work nearby this centre. The drivers keep beeping at each other all the time with very little consideration to people working and living in the neighbourhood. Under no circumstances I would use their services knowing how unprofessional their employees are.

UPS are an absolute disgrace. Not only do they not get your packages to you on time, I have never encountered a company with a customer services branch that is more disrespectful and dismissive of their customers.

I waited 6 days for a ticket to a show that I had paid almost £100 for. UPS repeatedly lied to me about delivery times, package leaving the depot, phoning the depot etc. The tickets never arrived and I missed the show.

How this company remains in business is beyond me.

The infuriating ineffectiveness of their delivery service and futility of any calls made to customer service lead me to suspect that UPS is in fact not a logistics company but an elaborate psychological experiment to determine the breaking point of the human spirit. I suggest drivers actually leave their vehicles before logging an 'attempted delivery' phone calls should be returned, deliveries be made as agreed and some sort of communication network be established between company employees.

They are the most disorganised, unpleasant service I have ever had. I am still wondering how they can survive. They do t even bother to ring the bell or knock at the door. They leave a notice without name, date or whatsoever. The customer service tells one thing and then the warehouse doesn't even call you back. I paid an express delivery within two days, it has been a week and still my parcel hasn't arrived. This business really needs a reorganisations, some manager and drivers fired and their customer service improved. They all have learned their customer service booklet by hearth.n

It is staggering that a service that repeatedly receives one out of 10 from not just a few but it seems all its customers continues to survive. They arrived with the parcel at our home but failed to ring the bell and just left the card in the letterbox. We phoned and they said they would deliver the next day after 3 PM. We at 10 AM found another delivery notice in our letter box. Againthey had failed to ring the bell. they asked us to collect at the depot after 18h - we came but the parcel was still on the van. Next morning we came at 8.30 but had to wait 20min to be served. No more space....

I was ordered t-shirt from website www.spreadshirt.co.uk . I paid per packing and "express" delivery. Order date 27.11.2014. I didn't get it at time. I'm waiting about 2 weeks.
I didn't get order and I didn't get any notice. I had no missed calls from delivery man or woman. Then why should I gave my number.
It was a gift, my friend had birthday about 9 days ago. And I didn't congratulate him. If I knew that express delivery is not really fast , I never did this order. How long should I wait my order And why I paid bigger price for delivery then my order price and didn't get the expe

UPS Should be renamed Useless Parcel Service. In the past 5 years I had to deal with a number of delivery companies from DPD to TNT, DHL, FEDEX and sigh UPS.

There has not been ONE single time where the package has been actually delivered to my address. I am so fed up now that when I know UPS is involved I call directly their London Depot and beg to hold my parcel so that I can pick it up myself!

A lot of companies (especially US based) love their services (must be good over there) but here it's appalling.
UPS WHY ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS? AVOID.

When ordering goods from outside the UK many of these companies choose to use UPS. My heart sinks miserably when this is known to me. Over the 12 months period I have experienced countless problems from delivery delays, lost packages, deliveries to wrong address, encountered drivers who incorrectly deliver to wrong door numbers and recently one driver signed my parcel on my behalf. The overall service is appalling. I would not use them personally but its out of my hands when the goods ordered have to be delivered by this company.

The worst service ever. Not reliable!

I contracted an international service yesterday. I needed to send an envelope to Madrid to arrive today before 10:30

The envelope hasn't arrived yet (12:52 CET) and I'm unable to get any kind of information from UPS until 15:00 as it's the time when the export department starts working! Absolutely ridiculous

I've had the misfortune of having to deal with UPS on many occasions as my company has an account with them. They are without doubt one of the worst performers amongst other courier companies. Constantly promising to call back and look in to things, but never delivering. In any half-decent running enterprise such employees and managers would have been sacked a long time ago. What an embarrassment to the UK workforce!

1. read the address the parcel is being sent to
2. type in the address correctly on your label
3. put it in the lorry
4. get someone who can drive and read to drive the lorry to the address with the parcel on board
5. if you get lost use GPS or get a map
6. ring the correct doorbell
7. If you fail to deliver the parcel leave a telephone number for the customer to call
8. when customer calls listen to what they are saying
9. repeat process from 1-6
10 give the drivers a mobile so they can call the customer

Nice on the phone but unreliable and sloppy service when it came to the actual delivery. In fact there was NO delivery. Timings were not kept to leading to a 3 day faff, ended up having to collect the parcel myself. Suggestion: when a customer gives you their number to call in case of delays or time changes - USE IT!

USELESS, AVOID! Expected delivery on Friday by 5pm, nothing arrived (the parcel was on the van for delivery). Called Ups to be told parcel would arrive by 7pm. At 18.03 parcel status changed to exception and delivery was moved to Monday. I had ink in the box that I needed to use on a costumer on Fri eve, (lost £ 500 as well as my face) after speaking to CS I was promised a call back by depot manager and delivery first thing on saturday morning. No call, no delivery, was then told to go collect the parcel myself from depot. Depot has no manager on duty on Saturday...UPS= Utterly Poor Service

I have been waiting for a parcel which is a part of whole consignment, every time I phone customer services they just keep promising that it will be delivered today between 9 & 5 but its not true. today is 3rd day and still I am waiting even though when you phone customer services they put me on hold for nearly half an hour.
That how good services they provide.

UPS are Utterly PatheticService. Supposed to drop a box for me to return my also rubbish Macbook air to dreadful tech giant Apple (do they pay any tax yet?). UPS guy droped the box in the corner of reception and ran off. I called them to return to colect the box. They promissed to return. They didn't return an theres noway of contacting them other than through a pointless contact centre which can only send messages to the depot to route to the driver. These get ignored

Dreadful customer servce, appaling operational quality and absent customer recover. Scammers

Pure London Fair, 2 boxes to be delivered on Feb. 8, in the morning. At 4.30 p.m. leave the fair facilities. Not a phone call, nobody shows up. Report says "uncomplete address". Wonder what extra indication is needed if the full address of the Olympia Center is supplied, as well as the Stand number. 3 people have flown for a useless Fair, meaning half a year turnover in the UK & Irish markets wasted. They would not even accept to make a phone call to a Spanish telephone number. What about the 6,000 ++ GBP fair cost wasted? Who will pay for the travel and time expenses of the 3 top people?

UPS have always been on time and delivering packages on time. The driver who collects the packages around NW26 area is very polite, nice and helpful. UPS customer service is top when contacted about changes of address or information. I would highly recommend them to anybody. We use UPS for next day UK delivery, EU packages and sometimes for the USA, and I must say that their prices are amazing. Regardless of the negative reviews here, I must say that I have not encountered any.

This last delivery has pushed my patience to the limit.
Wed - I was at work so missed a delivery (within London)
Thurs - called to re-to a different address for Fri as I knew I was out
Fri - no sign of parcel - called to be told it had been mis- sorted and sent to Southampton depot from London by mistake, was told Saturday delivery not possible and it would be delivered on Monday
Monday - no sign of delivery after waiting all day, calling 3 times and being told it would be here before 7pm.
Worst service ever - terrible value for money, unreliable and incompetent.

As a small business that has to deal with UPS frequently I cannot stress how much I'd advise you to avoid them. On many occasions our packages have been delivered late, to other addresses or have been separated.

This week they delivered three boxes of a four box consignment to the wrong address and lost the fourth. I called several times every day for a week and was told the package was out for delivery. I was repeatedly told I would be called back or emailed, this has never happened and I am still waiting.

Terrible service - unreliable, completely untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs!

Second nightmare with this hopeless company - last time the driver refused to wait for me to put laptop in box he'd brought for repair delivery, so had to re-schedule for another collection. Apparently he was a "stand in driver".
Today, have been waiting for collection again, told between 9-7pm, took day off work, it's now 7.20pm, no sign of collection. Disgraceful, a fiasco.

This is probably the most horrible customer service I have ever experience. My package was due a week and a half ago and still has managed to not show up. I have seen the UPS driver come by my complex at least four times in the last few days and he wouldn't even get out of his truck!! Instead he puts "failed attempt" and blah blah blah. I have tried to get in touch with someone from customer service and explain the situation but no one will listen. They just say that the package will be here tomorrow or the next day. All talk. I have never been so mad in my life!! Screw this UPS!

In my experience UPS stands for Useless Parcel Service. Having already witnessed them lie about calling at my address when supposedly trying to deliver a parcel I stupidly chose then to take an urgently required parcel to the States. Driver arrived collected parcel but declined the commercial invoices “He didn’t need them” he said even when we insisted that he did he still declined them as not needed. The parcel, collected on a Monday was due for delivery on the Wednesday. Monday night it is shown as delayed due to no commercial invoice. Exactly what we had told the moron of a driver. Invoices are e-mailed and we are promised it will leave that day, Tuesday. It is still sitting in Stanstead on the Thursday. When screamed at they have a variety of excuses but say it will leave today for delivery on Monday. A week after it was collected. Avoided them like the plague, they are idiots employing idiots

Worst service ever. If you are sending something important and urgent, I would strictly advise you not to choose UPS KENTISH TOWN SErvice, they are not reliable.

First time I scheduled pick-up, the driver came in a rush (he could not park the car, as if it's my problem )He did not want to come upstairs , as agreed via online pick-up booking, I had to take huge box downstairs. Than he said the box was not properly closed and he just ran away,he even won't listen to me. In addition he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. HIS behaviour was very insulting. I had to take the box to Kentish town office myself, as I was losing money .. The phone complaints were useless, all they said "we are sorryy" blah blah and "we'll call you back" ..

Another pick up experience was even worse. The DRIVER DID NOT COME AT ALL! when I called and asked why, they blamed traffic and snow,, but it was a lie, as here was no traffic at all.. and no snow in London on NOV 29!!! Again I spent all day at phone, trying to reach anyone to fix the problem. Again, they were "very sorry" and nothing. The package I was sending was a return to yoox.com. I was losing GBP 350 if not sent that evening. So again, I had to spend the whole evening calling UPS, waiting for them to call back, I missed the appointment with my GP, and finally my husband had to take the box himself to the Kentish town office.
Otherwise we would lose money.
This all happened in Camden, when I lived in Westminster, I used UPS service a lot, and they were very professional and corteous, always on time. I think something is wrong with Kentish town management and staff.. not to mention the RUDEST DRIVER ever.. There must be some regulations forcing UPS to pay in such cases. Because their way to treat customers is unnaceptable.
Thank you!
