Parcelforce

Unfortunately I can not give a star so you got one for existing because that's all you do. My friend send it to me (from UK to Poland) parcel with a quite expensive, for me, content. It vanished. It took them two weeks to tell me that it arrived in destination country but it didn't it is 100% with Parcel Force possibly in Coventry depot. It's been 5 weeks now and nothing. My friend opened investigation but that haven't solve anything and parcel is still missing. I lost my faith of receiving it and patience but this is just a beginning. I will keep looking for it until I'll find it and I'll write as many negative review I can possibly do on all the websites I can find for many years to come. Since it seems that item was stolen that's how I'll treat it and write about it.

Rubbish service! On 2 occasions they tried to deliver when I was at home but never bothered to actually knock or ring door. No delivery attempt card left either!? Not a good experience.

Received an email from Parcel force to confirm that a parcel will be delivered next day. Took a day off waited until 7pm never turned up, phoned PF and was told, the parcel is in the van still out for delivery could be up to 8pm. Waited and it never turned up. Next day checked the tracking on line... status was the parcel returned to depot on the same day,,,now been told to wait another day for it.....

Lousy service, if you want a reliable service then do not use Parcel Force, use someone else like DPD, DHL, UPS etc...but not Parcel Force....never use them again....

I have read nothing but negative reviews about this office but I have to say I completely disagree!

I called this morning and spoke to a person after pushing just one button via the automated system. They confirmed I would be able to pick up my package without my letter as long as I had my reference number and ID

When I arrived at the office the member of staff was very friendly and got my package very swiftly.

The only recommendations I would make are perhaps have some signage to make it easier to find and perhaps more than one member of staff dealing with packages.

I have dealt with the Mitcham Depot on 5 or six occasions during the past 5 years. Each and every time it is the same old story: none shows up, all thought everyone is home wating for their delivery and then 2 days later there will be a letterin our letterbox statiting that nobody were home and we need now either to arrange a redelivery or to go ourselves to Micham depot (we live in South Croydon)

Took the morning off work to wait for my parcel. Van turned up, knocked on my neighbours door, then drove off before I could catch him. You'd think they would teach their posties to read an address. I'd use a proper courier if I were you.
