I recently joined as a beginner and sweated my way through 8 weeks of their foundation course. Now a stone lighter I have moved on to the next course and am loving it. I have rarely kept up any activity for this long and this is down to several factors. The atmosphere is very friendly, the lessons are well composed and the instructors are first class. Alex, the head instructor, is always full of energy and Audi, my instructor, is simply amazing. However one small negative is that I find the changing rooms a little packed on busy nights. All in all it is a great place and well worth the £83 a month I pay.
