The woman who works there and claims to be the manager is racist and very rude when she sees that you are not of British origin she is rude . She told me that there was a barrier between her and me because I am a foreigner and I have been treated very badly since I did arrived there to do a copy. keys to my apartment and I don't understand why she is like this if the 70% of the community who live and work in Soho is of foreign origin and this is the only place nearby in the area to make keys. well I don't go back there anymore even if I have to go outside London to make a copy of a key. and if you made a mistake to buy something that you d9nt need they font give you money back
