Asked for a quote about a job, was ignored for days, I chased it up and he responded extremely rudely.

Great guys, been going here for years! Really professional service. Locked myself out the house and they got to me within 30 minutes and drilled the lock. I was sitting on my sofa, watching tv with a nice warm tea within an hour of calling them up. Plus he had also replaced the lock with a new one. Highly recommended!

Be aware that MLS does not offer refunds on keys that don't work. The Ingersoll keys they cut for me didn't work, so I asked for my money back. No deal. They modified the keys and I tried again. No joy. Finally they cut a new set of keys using a computer - which still didn't work. So after running back and forth for the best part of three hours I was £20 out of pocket and keyless. I can't fault the guy for effort, but I do feel I should have had my money back. Next day I had a set cut at Saxon Security Locks in Tooting - worked first time.
