Dawn and John Cheeseman in the Cricklewood branch were absolutely perfect with their support and guidance. they made my mother and myself very relaxed when organising my fathers funeral in 2012.

John and Dawn Cheeseman made me feel that my mother's funeral was as important to them as it was to me and my family. Their professionalism smoothed the difficult path of arranging the funeral but above all it was their personal touch that helped us through that day.
Although my mother was unknown to him, John acquainted himself with the woman she was and the eulogy he gave was more than a mere account of the events in her life. It was the sensitive story-telling of a woman we had all loved.
He conducted the non-religious ceremony we had requested with great dignity, warmth and understanding and I shall never forget the sense of being assisted by angels - down-to-earth angels with a sense of humour and a great love for humanity.
