I have been unfortunate to have lost a brother in 2003 and was distressed as my siblings, his children and I needed to arrange the funeral arrangements. Once we arrived at William Dunphy we were welcomed by professional, caring sympathic people. I must say that they made us feel as ease and even made us smile. They had everything to hand and even had telephones numbers that we did not expect them to have. Everything was sorted within an hour and whilst people were queuing to arrange ther funeral, we did not want to go. We have referred all of our friends to William Dunphy as I know that their expertise helps all those concerned.
In 2006 I lost my mother and again we visited William Dunphy and Nicky remembered us which made us feel comfortable and re-assured. I wont go into detail but we were searching high and low for a pair of a white satin gloves and Nicky pulled a pair from the draw and gave them to us. Where can you go to receive such service?

My first contact with Mr. Wm Dunphy was in 2000 when my mother passed away. My sister and I were more than impressed with the help and comfort we got in making the necessary arrangements. At that time several friends commented on how nice the service was. I know at least 4 have used this company even though out of their area. I have once again had the need to use the service . I cannot believe that once again so many people commented on the service. How much they enjoyed it, how personal it felt, how comfortable. etc etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Wm Dunphy (Bill for short) He really is the BEST.
