Harold White

I used Harold White for the funeral of my mother-in-law. From start to end the service was of the higest quality. Polite, professional and compassionate through out. I could not fault them. They did exactly as asked and looked after us like family on the day of the funeral. Highly recommended!

Having read daughters review, I can honestly say that my experience with Harold Whites is totally the opposite. They are very kind, considerate and caring. from the moment you enter their premises until after the funeral has taken place, you know how much they care. Gary, Graham, god bless you all!

I can highly recommend this company. I lost my mum in September and they gave her the send off that she had asked for, every little need was met and hers and our wishes were met with the upmost professionalism. They also did my nans funeral and again they did everything that was asked.

This company pays lip-service to customer care & service & do not deliver on either. We received appalling service, not just thoughtless & cavalier, but inefficient. Ignored requests that they had agreed to, made errors (which for a funeral can't then be put right). Heartbreaking. Look elsewhere.

I would say that the standard of service from this company is without doubt the finest for Quality and Compassion I have experienced for many years. From the moment that you walk through the door you feel like they are apart of your family, guideing you through all the procedures and paperwork that is essential to bring you the funeral service that as a family, you want to and need to, say goodbye to those that you love. On price they are very reasonable, their packages are very well thought out for all price concious families up to quite expensive ranges ( but how can you put a price on saying goodbye). In closing I would say that Harold Whites is for myself and no doubt many other families the FIRST and only choice of Funeral Director to choose.
