Customer service MUST be improved! The woman running the show is so SCARY! She is VERY abrupt and always telling people off for the amount of clothes they put in, or if change is asked for! Very MISERABLE! What's that about?! She needs to be taken to Bellenden Road to learn how it should be done! This is not one-off behaviour - I would not have written otherwise :-(
