Naz is always super helpful and efficient. Great service from her, premises well kept. Weekend lady not pleasant at all however. Rude to customers.

Use the launderette regularly, clean, friendly staff and a great washing service, reasonably priced.. would recommend to all.đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Positives:
New equipment does the job well.
Negatives:
Please invest in customer service training. Refusing entry 45 min before closing time doesn't go we'll with customers who were banking to dry their linen.
It's better to reduce the advertised opening hours and delight you customer by being flexible rather than over promise and under deliver.
