OK Launderette

I normally use this laundrette and I’m actually very impressed, washing machine are clean , the person who owns it, is friendly , his always there to help you , provides u with soaps and fabric condition if you need it, and the price is reasonable, definitely recommend this one to anyone who puts hygiene first 🙂

I have used thus laundry over the years. Very helpful and friendly. It was one of the cleanest places to wash clothes, go a see some others as when I was renovating, looked at others. The laundry has revamped and looks nicer.
They do wash for you but I fo like to sit and ponder there.

I've used it only about five times and have always been very pleased with it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the premises and machines are clean. Naturally it looks a tad untidy because of all the service washes waiting to be collected.

What more do we need from a laundrette?

Can't judge the perormance with any other laundrette as this is the only one I've used, but can only say that I'm totally happy with it and can see no reason to go to any other.

I started to use the premises 2 years ago, never had any problems at all,the staff is very friendly, the Launderette is very clean and safe to stay while your clothes wash and dry,,,No complaints ,good price for a free soap and softener, the opening times 7 days a week makes you allways go wherever you desiree to!

I've used ok launderette for a number of years but only for washing large items. I took a rather expensive bed cover in during the summer for a service wash plus a winter duvet. When I went to pick them up they tried to give me two duvets. When I explained that I bought in a bed cover and one duvet the owner insisted that I hadn't. Her son was on duty when I took them in so she telephoned him and he confirmed that I'd bought in two duvets (how he was able to do this without seeing me face to face I really don't know). What amazes me is how they could possibly insist on being able to remember such detail when they must see so many people. There was no apology or no offer of compensation which I find shocking considering they had so very obviously made a mistake. I couldn't even take one of the duvets as I didn't know which one was mine. So I have decided to use the services of another local launderette.
