These sharks refused to refund my mum - disabled, 85, on a pension - £32 for a mending job they botched up. I will now have to pay someone else to do it. The reason it was messed up was because the employee at the Marchmont St branch was too busy harassing me sexually to take proper care over how much mum’s trousers needed to be shortened. When I told him that no, I wasn’t going anywhere with him for coffee, or anything else, he stopped paying attention.

This joker spends all his time on his phone, smoking outside so forget trying to contact the premises, he doesn’t pick up the phone and is bone idle as well as a menace. Fortunately, I let the residents of the apartment block of 60 flats where I was staying know about this, most have contacted me to let me know they’ll use Leigh St instead.

So - in robbing a pensioner of £32 you’ve just lost hundreds of pounds of revenue at your shabby and disgusting premises.

I always get my cloths properly cleaned and I get great service at the front desk as well!

Terribly rude and indifferent staff, though the cleaning is decent and reasonable priced. I've consistently had problems with them and finally decided just to give up. I even asked for the manager's contact details to discuss some issues, but the staff blatantly said they wouldn't give them because I was complaining. Oh well. I would recommend the manager check out the one on Theobalds Road for an idea of how good customer service pays off.
