I had a truly unfortunate and regrettable experience here recently, but my biggest regret is not having looked at the previous reviews from others before opting to use their services. If you care anything about your clothing, avoid this store at all costs - save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else if you can. Their customer service and level of professionalism is sub-par at best. They managed to damage the zip on a brand new designer dress that I’d taken in for a small alteration job that did not require them to do anything to or around the zip itself. They shifted the blame onto me and added an additional charge for the zip repair onto my total.

Appalling customer service and outright rude to customers and not just once! It was on two consecutive days!!!!

By charging a realistic price.
£14 to shorten a plain tee shirt when two other local repairers charge £8 is ridiculous.
Greed can cause a collapse of a business.

This comment is unrealistic. I spoke to the manager and the tailor about the shirt that you wanted to be shortened and they reported that is was not a basic shortening and that the t-shirt was unique. Plus you wanted a factory finish.
The basic prise is less than £14 but more work equals more money.
Just walking into other tailors and asking for a basic quote will nearly always result in the cheapest price being quoted.
