Master Clean

it started ok but after a few washes, thing started to disappear, go missing etc.. first you don't really realise but over time it becomes evident, these guys are a farce. Unprofessional, terrible communication.
Lastly, a couple of items came back 3 sizes too small - unwearable.
They agreed with me that the clothes were ruined but refused to compensate me! instead they said I should be writing a letter to the brand! hahah
This was the final straw... they just continued to ignore and say I should wait wait wait... no action. i have lost for hundreds of pounds worth of clothes
do not use these guys - trust me, they are a threat for anyone's wardrobe.

Terrible service. No communication. I called ahead to have my blinds cleaned. On arrival they did not inform me that there was another company a few doors down (189 Haverstock Hill) called The Master Cleaners, who were actually the people that I had spoken too!

They scammed me into leaving my blinds with them and they refused to give me a price for over 24hours meaning that I no longer had time to take them to the place I initially wanted to take them too.

I let them clean my blinds, but upon hanging them I realised they were damaged and no clean! I took photos and sent them to them and no one even got back to me. I had to chase them to acknowledge my complaint. They then proceeded to say that I damaged my own blinds!! Like come on!!

They were very rude and basically tried to brush me off.

Excellent service I had a very expensive garment it was covered in wine and to my surprise it all came out and the staff are very friendly

Went in after reading reviews on Google, and was very pleased. I brought silk dresses from Katherine Hooker and a tweed suit. Reasonable prices, and she did a brilliant job.

Absolute disaster. We were very clear about needing a dress cleaned for a specific date, which they completely messed up. We needed it cleaned as one of us as to wear it to a play; instead we had to scramble something together from what else we had brought (we don't live in town) as they messe up the date and thought we meant the "Tuesday the 1st of October" (a date that doesn't exist). They furthermore refused to hand the dress back without payment, so we basically had to pay for a job we could have done ourselves at home, had we not needed it for a specific date. Am appalled at both their incompetence and complete lack of service.
