Kensington Dry Cleaners

Dire. Went on Thursday at 4pm only to be greeted by a “back in 5 min” which transpired - 10 min later - to a bald face lie.

Tried out the West Hampstead branch, I would say 5 out of 8 items dry cleaned were sent back with marks on. I have since taken the same items to another dry cleaning company who have removed marks. Returned one item and asked for this to be dry cleaned again. The attitude of the sales assistant was incredibly bad, she was very rude, would not give me her name, claimed she owned the business. I then sent an email to the head office, no response! I have spent approximately £500 with this company over the past 3 months.
