This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
Firstly the lady at the desk tried to short change, and secondly when I tried to pick up my garment after paying for it up front they tried to charge me for a second time.
They didn't issue me a receipt for my payment and then when I tried to argue my case they refused to check their system to check whether or not I had paid and then shouted at me saying they "Never take payments upfront"
I even went home to try and find the 'receipt' i was supposed to have been given - I went through my whole bin and found nothing - after all of of that and returning to the shop they still didn't believe me.
I think they need to think about how they treat their local customers and if they 'don't take payments up front' then they shouldn't allow it and then charge twice.
The manager was extremely rude to me and the lady at the desk refused to try and help the situation.
