Haywards Dry Cleaners

Absolutely shoddy service. The penny should have dropped when I went in one time to see the man behind the counter laughing at two customers whose clothes he had lost. All the dry cleaning is sent off site, so it seems to get muddled up. Have lost an entire suit and refuse to reimburse. Disgraceful.

You'd think premium price gets premium service... Not so much here. Located in a central location you expect to pay bait more. Be very careful they lack after service. They will take your goods and money but when you return to show the goods haven't been done properly they are quick to dismiss. The simple answer is that their tailor is not onsite and nobody else has ever complained. Then want you to pay more to rectify the issue. Such a shame as only returned as the first time I used them service was good returned with more items and they ripped me off. Now moved to another dry cleaners.
