maybe start to do business as professional. be responsible.
very bad experience.
i have 5 watches due for battery replacement.
1 of them not working now.
1 is an expensive MK ladies watch, they lost 1 screw of four, they dont even apologise and did not try to rectify the issue until i ask for replacement but its a big screw(which ruined the watch) i took a photo and email to the repairman name Daniel.
he promised to let me know if he can find the original screw or similar.
i will revise this negative feedback if he managed to correct their mistake.
please avoid as much a
Terrible customer service: went in to get a key cut and they used the wrong sized key, meaning it wouldn't even fit in my door. I came back to the store, was spoken to very rudely with no apology whatsoever.
Am posting on here as staff had not interest in resolving the dispute and there is no website to send feedback.
Would not recommend at all.
1) Business should always be about the customer but the policy is not followed here.
2) A business exist only if they can provide a professional service. Trust me when I say, you do not want, what they can't offer anyway.
3) Product should be of quality and not quantity. Not even one!
4) A business should learn from their mistakes. Admitting to them would be the start of a relationship. A small apology can go a long way but blaming the customer is not good enough.
Thanks but no thanks!
I wanted a copy of my house key and their copies did not work so I went back to them for a refund. They mentioned that I have to give them two chances and then they would give me a refund if all fails. On my 5th visit, I was fed up, angry and upset that they had messed me about and wasted my time.
I really wanted my money back but they would not give it back. This is a rip off company and I think they are full of ****.
My huge mistake was to trust them from the start.
Fresh collection needs to learn to "not to lie" to their customers!
I used services of a so called 'cobbler' who is part of the Fresh collection kiosk. Very disappointed. If your shoes are half decent DO NOT repare them there. I needed to reheel Prada boots; I asked the cobbler about the job and he said 'I can do it, I can do it', but he forgot to say it was going to be a crap job - after they were 'reheeled' the heels were shaved of too much and scratched. I guess if I knew what it was going to be like I would have done it myself.
Have your say
