Perkins Dry Cleaners

Just been re-done, much smarter than before. Shop looks great and quality just as good as always- if not better !

Also forgot to add that they fixed my shoes too ! my tods were falling apart and they came back looking like new

Avoid this place. For that kind of money, you would probably want to use a dry cleaner where the staff is kind, the service is fast and won't lose your clothes. In each one of these areas, Perkins Dry Cleaners is an utter disappointment. There are simply better places in the immediate vicinity that provide better service for a fraction of the price.

Rude! Rude! Rude! No customer service. They lost my dress temporarily, but did not have it back for a wedding, and when I asked to be compensated as I am a regular they practically laughed in my face. Will not be returning.

I think perkins dry cleaners is fantastic! I went to loads of places to get this stain out of my cashmere and not any of them could do it, I then went to perkins dry cleaners and they could do it, I got my jumper cashmere back and i was so pleased with it! Ok, the prices are more expensive than the others but they honestly do a much better job than all the places i went to. The people there are lovely as well. I recommend perkins dry cleaners. I think the one in holland park is much better than all the others. They are all friendly and i dont know any one who goes to perkins dry cleaners in holland park and doesn't say they were not impressed. I think they are under different mannagement. But overall go to perkins dry cleaners they a fabulous!

They are rude, and the prices are more than double anythibg in the area. I was landed with a £86 bill when the competition would have charged me only £31.50 AVOID THIS PLACE.

Being in an SW7 post-code seems to have given this dry cleaners 'carte blanche' to charge extortionate prices. There is no indication of rates anywhere in the shop, and therefore I was surprised to pick up my suit and tie to discover that the bill came to £19! It would make sense if the service were superlative, but sadly the sullen reception I received has made me vow never to return. I would recommend other customers to give this place a wide berth and stick with trusted, well-known places such as Sketchleys where at least you know how much you will pay.
